Notice to all Players and Caddies
1. Check in time is one hour before tee off.
2. Please note that the parent is responsible for the behaviour of his or her own children. The Host club does NOT approve of children running around as if the club is a playground.
3. Please note that as much as we want all players to have a great fun time, we are playing golf and as such we will abide strictly with the Rules of Golf as declared by the R& A.
4. We are privileged to be playing golf on these magnificent facilities, and are guests of the host club. All Players and Parents are to respect this fact and behave accordingly. Please read the Local Rules
5. Please read the Rules of Golf especially the Spirit of the Game.
6. Report to the starter 10 minutes before tee off time
7. No "Caddies" will be allowed for children 8 and over. Parents are allowed three months grace to encourage the Young Golfer to carry or pull his own Bag Cart and thereafter the 40 meter Rule will apply.
8. Please note that any coaching whatsoever for any players will cause the player to be liable for a two stroke penalty, on the first warning, and disqualification thereafter.
9. If uncertain of any ruling, please play two balls and get a ruling thereafter, before signing the card.
10. Keep up with the players ahead. Slow play will result in a two stroke penalty for everyone concerned. If behind, pick up ball and proceed until the place in field is restored. There will be NO WARNINGS.
11. The maximum score per hole will be a double Par. That is 6 on a par 3, 8 on a par 4 and 10 on a par 5.
12. Any incorrect scores or score cards will result in disqualification
13. No players may drive on a golf cart, except all 7 and under children and from Green to the next Tee only.
14. No stopping at half-way. Just grab and Go.
15. As a sign of respect to sponsors and organisers all participants to be present at prize giving unless apologies are forwarded before play begins.
16. No prizes will awarded to players not present at prize giving, unless as above.
17. Dress code for all players and parents according to the host Clubs dress code but this would be acceptable:
