Daylon Evan Godfrey

My name is Daylon Evan Godfrey I started playing golf in 2005 at the age of 10 years old I had no passion for the sport at such a early stage until 2011 in Febuary I was 14  when the sport I once knew had caught up with me and now it is my passion to play the game and go as far as becoming a pro and achieving great goals in the great game of golf.

My idols and people I admire is the great Gary Player, Tiger Woods, Ernie Els and Ricki Fowler all these men have achieved a great height of goals in the game of golf which I will one day want to achieve.

 I go to Mondeor High school in Mondeor I have many people to say thank you for helping me go as far as I am today in golf my Father Sean Godfrey my sponsor and uncle Craig Mitchell my Grand Father for making me understand the game and for teaching the basics and how to count different scores Evan Godfrey my Mother Lee-Ann Godfrey, Wellington Shaw for introducing me to all the other junior competitions and pushing me harder everyday to play the game and last but not least my couch and what a great couch he is Bryan Roelofzs. These people have helped me achieve my short term goals and now its up to me to achieve the great ones. 

 My home course is Southdowns Country club in Kibler park my official handicap for now is 13 my main goal when I am done with school is to go to the Golf School of Excellence and get a PGA diploma and also go to the Elite Golfers which is part of the Golf School of Excellence for golfers to reach there full potential and become great golfers.
